The consent behavior below describes the Symfony application. WordPress is described separately at the end of this page.
Sessions support login, security, language and requested journeys, including guest drafts. These features remain available if you refuse Analytics. The session cookie is separate from the Analytics choice. Application sessions are stored in PostgreSQL. The effective server-side cleanup period is not yet confirmed; no exact deletion period is stated for this storage.
The first-party real_mvp_analytics_consent cookie stores your versioned choice for 180 days in this browser. The choice is not stored in PostgreSQL. Without acceptance, the application does not load GA4 or retain or replay application events that occurred before consent.
After acceptance, GA4 receives one generic page view per full load and the five application events described in the Privacy policy. Actual cookies and storage, their providers, domains, purposes and lifetimes are: real_mvp_analytics_consent stores the Analytics choice for 180 days; the session cookie supports login and requested journeys; _ga and _ga_* are used by Google Analytics after consent to recognise the browser and session. The WordPress inventory below records observed domains and durations; GA4 event retention settings are separate from cookie lifetimes. Session attribution is described in the Privacy policy; it is not a separate acquisition cookie.
“Manage cookies” lets you accept or refuse Analytics at any time. Closing the panel without choosing enables nothing. A later refusal stops future tracking and removes GA cookies accessible to the application. It does not automatically erase data already received by Google; contact admin@real-mvp.com for requests concerning that data. Additional local removal instructions are: You can also remove site cookies and data in your browser privacy settings; this may remove your login and preferences. Local deletion does not erase data already received by providers.
Using another browser or deleting the preference cookie may trigger a new choice request. See the Privacy policy for recipients, transfers, retention and rights.
On WordPress, CookieYes manages a separate choice from the application. GTM and GA4 are present. On real-mvp.com, the CookieYes scan of 28 September 2026 identified pll_language (Polylang language, real-mvp.com, 1 year), wpEmojiSettingsSupports (session storage for emoji compatibility), cookieyes-* (consent choice, real-mvp.com, 1 year) and Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* (.real-mvp.com, recorded lifetime: 1 year, 1 month and 4 days). CookieYes choices currently expire after 365 days. The floating “Consent Preferences” button on the left reopens preferences. Subdomain consent sharing is disabled. Consent logging is enabled. Refusal, acceptance and withdrawal have been checked in the CookieYes interface. Independent network verification remains pending. The 365-day duration concerns the browser choice, not automatically provider logs. The CookieYes DPA provides for retention during the agreement and separate periods after it ends, including for backups. Choices are not assumed to be shared across the two sites.
